Summary: The location is very convenient for a person who decided not to rent a car and staying for a long time. I stayed for 3 months. The canal is right across the street with a nice sidewalk where I could take a walk in the mornings. Eith in 1 to 3 blocks away is a grocery store, Target, good resturants a big mall. The beach is like a 15 minute walk away. The room has beach chairs, beach umbrella and a cooler. That was really helpful. I used uber a lot. They park right in front. The roof of the building has a cute pool, grills and a lot of seating. You can see fireworks sometimes from the roof. I cooked a lot on the stove. The full size refrigerator was great. The building is secure and the front desk people are nice. The best part was waking up to the view of a sunrise over the mountains. So pretty. yarger
